The Story of a Photographer

I would like to tell you this grand adventure about how I started photography, but the truth is i'm just an ordinary gal. I began photography 3 years ago mainly annoying my family, friends, and pets to get pictures. Once I took a few classes and really learned how to work my camera, I decided it was game on. I wanted to go from hobbyist to professional, so I did. I've been mainly capturing families, engagements, Fresh 48's, and life style sessions, but this year...this year I'm really pushing the limits with myself, out of my comfort zone, and doing something I know is going to bring women together. So here we are, The Boudoir Collective was brought to life.

The Boudoir Collective (TBC) was created because women all over the world struggle with self image, not having enough connection with people walking the same path as them, and not having enough supports by their side. TBC's purpose is to bring women of all different backgrounds together, to join in walking the same path to self love.

It's not my job as a photographer to discredit the way you feel about an area of your body. Instead, it is my job to support you in love and show you that it's okay to not like something about yourself. Together we will learn to embrace it, be thankful for it, and respect what our bodies have been through in our life time.

"You'll never be a disappointment to anyone when you are living as your truest self."
